You've heard about it, maybe seen some, maybe done some. Seem like fun? It is! Contact improvisation is a dance form that explores the physical and mental dynamics of two (or more) people in contact. With an emphasis on gravity, flow, and connection, contact improvisation teaches you how to listen with more than your ears and express yourself with more than just words. Depending on the personalities of the dancers, the result can range from meditative stillness to an acrobatic frenzy of climbing, rolling, and tumbling. You choose.

All welcome!
